Tino di Geraldo has probably contributed as much to modern Flamenco as any other supporting instrumentalist (think Benavent or Pardo). The fact that he has never stopped moving creatively and stylistically, and that he has worked more with lesser known artists have kept him from receiving the full recognition he has always deserved. If you’re not familiar with his work this collection is a great starting point. It includes choice pieces from each of his two solo albums, plus a couple from other significant collaborations. Truly a musician’s musician.
