Jose Antonio Galicia ~ Tres en Raya ~ CD

This is a cool record, a collection of pieces comissioned by four dancers (Angel Rojas, Teresa Nieto, Rafael Amargo, and Miguel Cana), composed and performed by Galicia and company. Lots of traditional Flamenco rhythms as you might expect, but with very creative treatments and instrumentation. The record makes for exciting listening, and could also be a very interesting record for dancers and/or choreographers to work with.
