Hard to classify, this record resonates in several styles. Flamenco in the singing and some of the moods, but the compositions are extremely varied, and the use of marimbas, 12-string guitar, bass oud, upright bass, and an exotic variety of percussion instruments gives their music layers of contrasting flavors and unexpected instrumental colors.
