Ernesto Cordero ~ Nana para una Negrita & El Cumbancherito ~ Music Book
A prolific composer and masterful guitarist, Cordero is a New York born Puerto Rican whose work is often inspired by the melodies and colors of the Caribbean. These two pieces, which he calls "Afro-Antillanas," use special guitar effects like pizzicatos, golpes, and other effects to recreate the ambience of the islands of Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Santo Domingo.
