The Rosenberg Trio ~ Roots ~ CD
The Rosenbergs Stochelo (lead), Nous'che (rhythm), and Nonnie (bass), are joined by clarinetist Bernard Berkhout for a set of mostly Django compositions. The material is classic, the instrumentation traditional, the playing at the top of its field, and Stochelo's leads full of fresh, surprising melodic turns.
