Souad Massi ~ Raoui ~ CD
For those of you who enjoyed Massi's Deb, this is the Tunisian singer's previous recording (2001), which is very much in the same musical vein. The title means Storyteller, and her songs again speak to the heart with tender lyricism, backed by solid, eclectic arrangements, in this case with more oud and more drums. Beautiful.
