This oudist/singer was a fixture of New York's 8th Avenue Middle Eastern club scene in the 1950's, and a beloved performer at venues across the country. His recordings became almost mandatory household items for many Armenian and Greek immigrant families of the time. This collection features over 60 minutes of spirited music recorded with various collaborators, and a booklet featuring a text by his daughter and many unpublished photos.
