Kiko Peña ~ Mis Primeros Cantes ~ CD

Somewhat reminiscent of El Potito's recording debut, Kiko Pena's first record finds the 15 year old Cantaor from Jerez looking mostly to the cantes of old for inspiration. He is accompanied by some of the more traditional guitar accompanists on the scene today: Moraito, Manuel Parrilla, Jose Quevedo, and Antonio Cortes; produced by Miguel Poveda and Jose Quevedo "El Bolita;" with palmas and jaleos by several of Jerez's finest.Bulerias, Tarantos, Cantinas, Seguirillas, Romance, Fandangos, Martinete, and Solea.
