A revered cantaor from Madrid who died in 1985, (also known as El Nino de Madrid and El Bolas), Heras influenced many important young singers (Morente, Linares...). Here he is accompanied by Tomas de Utrera, who provides a solid, straightforward accompaniment throughout. Heras' cante is not fancy, just very flamenco and duende-ful.
